Thanks guys So last night we talked it over and she was in fact having feelings of jealousy. I calmed her down and after about an hour of Q&A let her know that she was absolutely number 1.The only reason I had told her is because we are going to be moving in together into a nice apartment and I wanted to have full disclosure with her. She only said "it's new to me but if you feel that strongly about it I can learn". She's a great gal and I love her dearly.I've been refered to a longhair german shepherd breeder by a friend and we may be getting a puppy later this summer.....good things are on the prowl like.........PUPPY KISSES!!!!Shane

I think it's wonderful for you that you were able to share your feelings with your girlfriend. I hope that your relationship continues to blossom and develop and that when the new pup is introduced to your family, that he or she will not present any emotional issues, other than love!
