where can you buy pets that are trained and what if you cant have a pet is there some out there that you can like keep for the day lol
Well my friend the best that I would say is to get a dog from the pound. You can have a bigger impact by doing that then you think as you would likely save the dog's life. You probably should not get a dog unless you are able to spend time with him/her. You will need to build a trusting relationship and that takes time.

Just my opinion here, but i for one wouldn't want a "pre-trained" pet, to me that would be like paying for a prostitute or sex slave.As with any woman ive ever known, if theres no true feeling there, im not interested, and in the end, isnt that what its all about, the feelings?Guns
Wanting an animal for just a day is crude.... you have in essense just said "all you want is the sex." I know there are probably many men out there who are thinking the exact same thing .... and try as i may to bite my tongue....its hard.... Its hard because you guys have this all backwards.... Just because its a dog you think you dont have to invest in that dog emotionally.... you think the dog is not going to lay any head trips on you .... you think that it doesn't even matter what you look like or how good you perform because after all its just a dog..... uggggh Well you know what? You are right about all those things except one.... the most important one of all.... You do have to invest in that dog emotionally.... and you need to respect the fact that the dog will love you no matter what you do to the dog so have a heart..... Wendy

Just want to add that I think you will find that any dog you will encounter at a pound has been desexed and therefore of no use to you. I cant imagine ANY true zoo would sanction what you ask and rightfully so. Although prostitution has been around for centuries in the human world, I cant imagine that there are people out there keeping animals to rent out purely for sexual pleasure. The thought of that is just repulsive to me and I pray I dont EVER come across such people. Sorry just my two cents.

I can only second what BitchFool said. There are people out there worse then everything you can imagin!In the past i met (read/writing) a guy on a german forum who 'rented' his bithces for sex to everyone who wanted!!!Even worse, more then fourty so-called-zoos answered and asked for further information! Things like that make me hate to be human...
hmmm, this realy sounds bad. I don't say that I'm a saint cuz I have sex with my best friends male dobermann but believe me he started it I had to nag a full year to convince my parents to let me get a rottweiler and then I had to wait another year before he got born and then another year to start to train him and then again another year to get him fully experienced (now he's a real pro ). So you can understand my point of view!You can't just use a dog as a sextoy, when there's passion and love involved it makes it like 1000 times better!!!

It seems like people are very wise about this so far. Yes- the "doggy for a day" issue is quite unappealing, and more or less like a prostitute. A pet should never be purchased for the sake of having sex. Actually, the term 'purchase' or 'acquire' or any similar terms shouldn't be used, since you're actually looking for a friend, a partner, a trusting companion. And those who just say "Where can I get petsex right here and now" are (as far as I can see) the ones who are giving zoos a bad name. This is what makes people think that zoos are just sickoes that can't get any with the girls, and that zoophilia is based on sexual frustration... that is what 'bestiality' mens to me, since this word is more connected to the purely sexual aspect. 'Phile' is derived from the Latin word "filis" which means "I love". Therefore, a zoo (zoophile) will love his/her pet and not just use it for sex.

Agree with pretty much what everyone has said here - especialy wendy - very good post.Pushing a little further what Klutz said "Philia" is but one of the Greek words for love - the other two being "Eros" (as in "erotic" or sexual love" and "agape" meaning spiritual love ... as in "...and God so loved the world...") "philios" means, as far as it can be translated, "brotherly love" ... in other words a love that does not necessarily have sexual component but is love in the sense of "I want to be with this person, I care for their well being, I will put their needs before my own and they make me feel complete"... Now every "true" zoo I have know has felt that for their animal companion(s).By all means buy a pet... that's just the way the world is - animals are bought and sold - but if you're going to make any claim to be more than just having purchased a sex toy then you should think long and hard as to what your feelings will be going forward, the biggest one being "what if they don't want sex"... will you still love and care for them then?Drac... it's late, I'm rambling...

I should perhaps visit this forum more often and thus add my reply at an earlier time. Sex should not be the ultimate goal, more the love and affection one can give and receive fron ones friend. The thought of a "dog for a day" is purely prostitution. A pet is a pet for life, not some comodity to be used and then dicarded. Sorry for my strong words but that is the way I feel.
