just a quick Q for ya. Do dogs get jealous or territorial about the girls that fool around with them? I've never had a gf that was into this (some of u people are soooo lucky ) but what I was wondering was, right after a dog cums and gets off a girl, can you step right in and start having sex with the girl while she still a load of dog cum in her?
Hi Sam,Your question is a good one however, you have posted it in the wrong section. Please take some time and get to know the Forum better. I'll move it.
Your right mrdjjw,it was a great question.
They do get jealous, even if you're not a girl! My male dog partner is somewhat possesive with me, he has claimed me for his bitch, and he can be agressive to other dogs that come near me, with humans he just pushes them aside, but I've never been into a situation where he might think the human wants something with me!If I were you, I wouldn't dare to do a sloppy secconds with a K9, I remember having read of a man who ended his wedding night in the hospital, with stitches up his butt (cat-gut type), as he was making love to his new wife, the dog came in and bit the man in the butt, (is there something you want to tell me honey? ), the girl claimed that the dog thought he was hurting her and attacked him, but when you are this side of the barn, you can't avoid thinking something else!

thank you for answering dr kaninov.
QUOTE They do get jealous, even if you're not a girl! Mmm...probably it depends on the personality of the dog, or whether he regards the sex as a play or...something else, or how much he knows the ppl. involved and how comfortable he feels with them. In my limited expirience (with 2 friends that have dogs and a gang bang in a zoo' friendly kenel) I've never felt such a thing. One of the dogs I've known since he was a pupy and he never minds when I start kissing his mistress right after he pulled out of her, just the oposite - he joins in, starts licking me and quite often tries to mount me too:) Same with the other one (a virgin till me ) - he never minds if his master eats me or f***s me right after he's pulled out of me (no second male is ever involved there). Both dogs act the same way if there is a third girl around - just trying to join in, no animosity whatsoever. With the gang bang was a bit different - there was a lot of barking and some growling , probably becouse of the excitment from this new expirience (all of them beeng virgins I presume) but it never came to a fight or even biting. It was quite messy tough and not very comfortable at all and I never tried it again.
in my experience male and female dogs get jealous.when i was pregnant with my first child i had a dobi bitch and she wouldnt let anyone come near me she hated it when i was with anyone and would sulk for hours on end. but with males i was very close to my belgium shepard and he wouldnt let any other dog or man come near me for the longest time, but soon grew out of it the older he got and the older the children got, but also just show them alot of love but also let them know that there is other people in your life and your attention is shared with others to.

thanx for the info guys. I guess a lot of it does have to do with the dogs personality and or familairity with you. But just the same, if I ever find myself in that situation, I think I'l take a sec to escorte the dog outside the room first sorry about posting in the wrong place.
I think the larger issue that was sorta being danced around is, are dogs generally jealous about their relationships with people, regardless of whether its sexual or not. The answer is, dogs are emotionally complex creatures, capable of just as much anger, jealousy, happiness, and generosity as any person is. So yes, dogs can get very jealous of other animals or people trying to muscle into what they often perceive as their exclusive relationship with a particular individual. But that by no means that will always occur. Each animal is an individual with their own individual personalities, preferences and tolerances. In short your results may vary with each dog you share a partner with.
I can say from experience that I had a male dog that was very jealous ( He past away due to cancer 6 years ago. ) But, when I was married, my wife and would be in each others arms, and she would say, " Look at the look your dog is giving me. " I laugh and thaught to myself, as the look of die human die, you don't belong here. Everytime when we were together, and he was then the look on his face would change. After we got divorced, I never saw that look again on him. Even when I got another dog, and me and both of the dog would screw around in bed. Something about another person he did like.

The very first dog that i ever tried anything with was kinda jealous and didnt want other dogs sround me. it was kinda interesting as if he had already claimed me
Canine behavior wise, dog's don't experience "jealousy" in the human sense. Their behavior is a result of how their social hierarchy works. What appears as jealousy is usually resource guarding, or protectiveness as a result of a strong bond, it depends on how your dog views the relationship, who's higher up, who's alpha, and who's definitely lower in the pack, or not in the pack at all.For example, if a dog has a sexual relationship with his woman, he could (depending on his personality and prior socialisation as well) act agressive to others who try and make a move on his woman, because, well, he views it as a subordinate trying to take advantage of his property, or his pack member. An alternative situation that's often mistaken as jealousy, is say, for instance, you are cuddling with another human or dog, and your dog pushes the other dog or human away, or tries to get inbetween the two of you. The dog doing the shoving believes he's higher up, or should be higher up, then the one you were cuddling with. Whomever is getting attention from the alpha first is up there in the ranks, more-so then the one's who aren't getting attention. These are often seen more in the "velcrow" breeds, but that's not a rule.Personally, I've seen the hierarchy at work, the shoving and what not, but I've never had a problem with receiving sloppy seconds after being service by the dog, with the dog right there beside us. The dog knows his place though, and has a goodnatured temperment and personality.Dogs who have had good socialisation, training, and a stable temperment are the ideal ones if you're going to share yourself or the dog. Otherwise, it could be risky.
I agree with what others have said, dogs can be possessive in it can be viewed in a way as "jealousy". My mate Sunwheat has been that way, he's protective of me since I'm his mate. I was walking him one time and we came across a neighborhood dog out on his own. The dog, smelling a similar "dog smell" on me, was aroused and made a move for me, and Sunwheat quickly stepped in growling and snapping at the other dog. I think it's sweet really, and love that he's protective of me.
well others have stated it better but a dog of either gender can be jelous of others being around you or being in close contact weather sex is involved or notfor me mostly its fem dogs being jelous of other dogs seeking attentiopn form me male or fem and just pet or sex playone i have know a resent fem who i cant have sex with but love dearly and play wiht is even jelous if my wife and i hug or kiss, she will whine bark and even paw at us or try shoving herself between us)))Hb58
The only time I can remember getting the jealous bit was if I made too much fuss of another dog not in our family.Sexually the situation was always well received. No growling or baring of teeth after the dog had finished and I and my girlfriend indulged. Perhaps it was established at the outset that relationships with the 4 of us was to be an acceptable way forward? As I say I cannot remember it being an issue!Pokerman

My partner, Hector, has never seen me with a man, I haven't been with one in years. But my girlfriend and deborah sometimes play. Hector is cool with that, as long as I take care of his needs. If I don't he lets us know I'm his bitch to breed.
my bitch would get so jealous she would tear her bed apart when i brought a woman home.
Some girls are more jealous about their dog than dogs really are, dogs are protective and smart but not jealous, it all depends thought...
I think dogs can most definitely get jealous irrespective of whether there is any sexual activity or not. I know both my Dad's dogs didn't like it when they felt they were getting left out somewhat when visitors were around particularly if the same tone of voice used to them was used towards my young nieces and nephews .... and there was no sexual activity going on there! As for my dog ...... he's certainly protective of me but not in a sexual way as he's never seen me with a man and we don't have a sexual relationship, he's too young. How he would react if a man did come into the equation ..... I don't know ..... he's used it to being just him and me.

As an owner of two Danes at the moment and as someone who has experienced sex with multiple dogs in the room, I am of the opinion that it's not really a matter of jealousy with dogs and instinct and dominance. For example, when I used to have both dogs in the room with me and would allow myself to be mounted by one of them, the other would inevitably come over to investigate and before long they would be snarling at each other. When one sees me being mounted by the other, the same instinct is inevitably channeled in him. Sometimes to goofy, awkward results like one trying to mount my head or mount me sideways while the other is truly penetrating me from behind. Perhaps it is because both are male, but this would result in some vicious barking and then fighting and me crawling away in fear if I am able. A mood killer. Now, when it occurs to me, I lock them in separate rooms.
I've seen them get jealous of other dogs but not with people, but rarely has there even been a man present when I fool around with dogs
I'm not sure if it's jealousy, or ownership. When I 1ST started, used some 1 else's, k9. We had trained, hunting, & work dogs. I wasn't sure what the impact, on the performance of their job. So I tried to stay away, from going down that path. Things don't always work out. Call it lust, weakness, or opportunity, take your pick. After words OMG- the fights every time I went outside. I disturbed the natural balance of power. So until the balance was restored, problems (Capital P). It was all ownership, plain & simple. 1 felt cheated, beat-up the 1 that, got the gold. Then went after, any that went near me. Ownership!
Can a dog be jealous? Oh hell yes! I'm having problems right now with a dog that tries to get between me and a horse. A 100 lb dog really doesn't need to annoy a 1000 lb horse but he just won't take the hint.
Geez this is an old thread. How did this come to the surface? I do not think you have to be sexually active with a dog for them to be protective - so some people could mistake that because they have had sex with a dog that the dog becomes protective of that person. I think there is a loyalty factor involved - I see dogs at the dog park often stand in front of their owners etc.My dogs get jealous when I give affection to other dogs and are almost telling me, "Hey! What about me? Have you forgotten about me!?" and start to howl. Also two whole male dogs in one room from my experience is not a good idea unless you know the dogs well and can spot aggression quickly.People have been attacked because they have the scent of another male dog on them and that dog feels threatened by another dog smell in their territory and strike out.So I think dogs do get jealous
Jealousness is a very complicated emotion, I think dogs can't understand it.They can understand unfairness which is a similar emotion (less complex than jealousness)On a scientific study, they did a test where one dog was rewarded with food every time he gave the paw, the dog next to that dog was not rewarded for giving the paw, after a few times, the dog that was not getting food stop giving the paw and look sad and annoyed, he stop giving the paw and stop looking at the owner to the eyes.If you have your dog and he has sex with you ever day and suddenly you stop that and start having sex with another dog, he will see how unfair you are with him/her and will behave different and he/she will ignore you and misbehave (to a human that would look like the dog jealousness and is trying to get revenge by acting like a bad dog)Also, a dog that protects you during sex is not jealousness, it is called having a brain, if you are fucking some one you don't want to lose your turn my boyfriend will barks and bite if anyone gets too close when he is mating with me.
