My Black lab has mated with me as many as 3 times in an hour. However 1-2 times is more common. Then he'll usually lose interest in sex for a while. 10 times in an afternoon! Just wishfull thinking by some, or just good material for a sexy story.
Depends on the dogs age, breed, if there are any bitches in season in the area and the dogs personality.My experiances show that a Young dog (1-3 years of age) Will mount, tie and dismount properly once or twice in one day. Most of the dogs remounts after resting are failed attempts and they dont tie. Usually the first Vigorus pelvic thrusts are only going to come once a day. The dog isnt as stimulated after the first successful attemp. Just like a human they get there rocks off and get lazy. Alot of the Male dogs on the commercial videos show them with erections but not mounting. This further proves the point that a Dog will not re-mount but can still maintain an erection after a full and successful tie.

when i m at my parent s home my dog mate with me êveryday one or two times a day. The max he mate with me was 8 time in a weekend full knot of course.I hope my answer will help you.KissAurelie
I would imagine that it varies depending on how long it had been since the dog had sex previously. If had been a while, then 3 or more times would seem understandable, but this 24/7 365 thing is fantasy land for sure.I know that breeders who have studs, set a limit on how many times their dog can breed in a year. This is to help maintain optimal health. Too many breedings can be detrimental to a dogs health if his diet is not brought up to match. Remember that semen and sperm require a lot of energy and protein to produce.

A few times I have had sex with my dog 2 times a day, but normally I only do it once. Sometimes its only 3-4 times a week. I know my dog could do it more, but I really take caution to not over stress him even though I know he can do more. I know a lot of people make up stories and I admit I have to. Male dogs are pretty much like male humans. Some days we got a lot of seeds and can perform several times a day - other days the hydraulicks just won't fire up! Most younger male animals can mate daily but the sperm count will go down dramatically which is why breeders usually space the dogs to every other day (which increases the chance of pregnancy as both sperm and eggs survive about 48 hours. Skipping a day increases the chance of both zygotes being present at the same time) As for that 24/7 myth it is just that - a myth. Heck, even the Greek Gods of mythology could not manage that!
with dogs it is the same like with men,some wants more often as other.there is nounitary limit and a younger dog is more active as an older dog.

When we started having sex it became very frequent after a week or two and for a few months we often had sex twice a day and o few toime we had sex 4 or 5 times in one day. We are normally evry day now but sometimes a bit more, especially if we havent been together a few days. It depends how old the dog is.And how well hes taken care of.Our German Shepherds.Has matted three times in a 12 hour span Also tieing with the female And Yes they have tried to mate several times with out tieing.Also the older they get the less they mate.Our one Shepherd he was still mateing two three times aweekwhen he was 10 years old.Not all dogs are the same when it comes to sex.

Hummm.....my dogs have been able to go about three times before they were done. I must admit though, i learned from my dogs how to get them pretty aroused. Yes, ther are ways to drive your lovers nuts with desire, but that is for a different forum.i remember one day I was at home watching a movie when dog came up to me with his intentions clear, but I decided i wanted to bring him to his passions peak before i obliged him. he was so very hot and bothered that the only mistake I may was in holding uot on him a little to long.
