Hmmmm well 99% of the horses I have been with had don all of that the other one persent I haven't met Neju would lay beside me next to the fire ( If that isn't a display of absalute trust I know not what it is then ) and she hid behind me when any one would come to vissit it was all ways soo cute to see( She was a shy pony ) and most horses we would spend houres grooming each other

Or if the mare show extremely different behaviour with you, compared to other humans. For example Alma is known as the typical bad horse. She kicks, she is uncontrollable, it's difficult to ride her and etc... But for me she does everything. I can do anything to her and she doesn't kicks me, i can ride her so easly that others just wondering. And also i think, that maybe i am the only who can bring her inside from the fold without using some treat.
Someday I hope, as of now though I can't really say that any horse I've met has loved me, mainly because I have only been around them for maybe an hour and a half maximum, for about two or three days a year. *heartache and pain* It hurts not to feel or give the love that you guys do. I've never been physically involved with a horse, though just this weekend I was standing outside this beautiful gelding's feild just watching him and his friend, eventually he came over to visit me and for the frst time ever I had a emotionally intimate time with a horse. He put his head on my chest and stood with me as I stroked his jaw, hugged his head, and rand my hands over his neck, I was almost in tears because it felt so good to finally give my time to an equine. I envy you guys...

Allan this is what I meant. Exactly. Your horse must love you and you must love your horse and not only use him or her as a soules 'thing'. And all those things you added I answer YES. Oh maybe except the last QUOTE would he/she choos you over another horse 'cause Allan would for 99% choose Karra or Loona over me, but mainly YES.
