I have been on this forum now for around 6months. I have meet three peopl that think and fill like me. I was just wondering ... 1) How many people have any of you all actualy meet from this site 2) Were they into the same as you. Or more or less 3) How long did you talk to them on line before meeting them. 4) How far did you travel to meet 5) Did you spend much time with them 6) Did you all/ both have a good time 7) Have you or are you going back 1 I have meet three other 2 They were and are tow more or less same as me one just in k9 3 Mor or less sorted and met with in three weeks 4 One 147 miles another 5miles and last one 39miles 5 First one all night and one allday meet Second one just meet to chat but waitingfor good weather to play and third one just meet and yet to arrnge to play 6 Had good time 7 Fead right on all three I hope Well hope to get lots of interest in this post so come on girls and guys how well are we all doing Cheers Steve

I've never met a BF member but I have met a few other zoo's and spent time with them. Have had some really good times actually. One guy in particular is such a good guy. Have had some great times staying over at his place for the odd week. And will be continuing to visit as often as money and time allows. Most of the people in RL into zoo I have met have been via a gay meet site I use when i'm back home. Never really had any zoo fun from meets on there but has been quite nice to speak to people. It also taught me how many people actually are into animals even if its just to watch. My profile at the site blatantly says I am a zoo and so dpes my username and i've never had a single negative comment or problem. And have been a member there for about 4/5 years.
Only one face to face and unfortunately he passed away a couple of years ago.

Well its harder than one might think to meet like minded people. In my long storied history I've only met a tiny handful of zoos in my area. And none of those I would call a long term relationship.
Met 1 person from this website. We are into the same, and had spoken through PMs and instant messenger for about a year and a half before we met. He came to my place for a day and a half, then left. Not sure if he had a good time but I enjoyed his company (nothing sexual happened during his visit). We have been talking for nearly 3 years now, since may 2007 I believe it was. Also met 1 other zoo in my town.
I have been on the site for years and have only met ppl once. It was at a state fair in NC, we all wore 'badges' and randomly meet up. COu;dn't tell you who or when anymore. I;m cuirous - might jsut be me- was there a point to the crotch shot? I think thats the one thing that gets me. PPL love to put thier dicks randomly on the forum, avitars, pics, etc. Is there somethign that I am missing? i'm not mad or yelling or anything liek that. I'm just confused as to the purpose is all.

I find i wade through this site and all the post and as soon as I see some thing I thinkI like somthing I can relate to I go straight to that person profile to see where they are. age and that sort of thing. Mine you you only have to give rought info if you get my point, unless i see they are near me or there is no info at all, I don;t mail them. So fill out your profile one way or another. I'm kinda with Dogbert. Thanks for explaining that. Seems like if you're trying to hook up, maybe some posting in Personals? Put it in threads for your area, and interests, because Search will pull it up for a long time after it falls down the list, if anyone else is looking, so you want to be where they're looking--
I am relatively new to meeting people, as I met my first zoo about 3 years ago. Since then I have made tons of connections and have met many really good people. Honestly these days, I don't have anyone that I call a friend who is not a zoo or beasty or at the very minimum zoo friendly. Through this website I have met 14 people in person. Most all of them have been locals so I did not have to travel very far. I usually talk to people online until I am comfortable with them and then arrange a meet if they are comfortable with it. Usually we will meet in a public place and see how the in person meet goes before anything else is done. I do not troll for animals, nor do I look for hook ups, so that kinda limits the sort of people I am willing to meet in person. I specifically look for people who themselves are looking to make friends with like minded people. It makes meeting people a lot less risky, and much more rewarding that way. I have met 70+ zoos in person, mostly through getting connections and referrals from people I talk to online or have met in person. I travel to visit with some of these friends quite regularly, so distance is really not very limiting.

I finally made myself known to him about a month before we lost the place. My only regret is not telling him sooner. I'm also not a very social person. I like to keep to myself for the most part in public. I do talk to a couple members from time to time, and would have met them in person if it wasn't for the distance involved.

I am one of those people that find it hard to fine time to get into these site to deep so I hit where i hit in passing and drop post when ever Also, Hightailing i have one mate I met on here that also has lots of contact from word of mouth if you get my meaning but they are like him and not really into what i want I know word of mouth get better and better as you meet more people so fingers crossed Steve

My main interest is just getting to know other zoo's so I can have a network of friends who share my interests. I just find it really refreshing to have that common ground and I just feel so so relaxed and comfortable when I have been around other zoo's. Even people i've been meeting for the first time I have always seemed to connect to quite well. I'm hoping once I finish uni and can move back home full time I can really make some inroads to getting to meet some new friends in RL.

I was on this forum off and on for a couple years before I decided to actively seek out friends to meet in person. I just decided that I was tired of not having anyone to talk to about being zoo, face to face. Within a period of about 2 months, I "came out" to my wife, who has been very supportive, and also met a few people from this site in person. I came out of my shell, so to speak. First I contacted some local people, who turned out to be really nice, and actually set me up with a job working with horses. It's been a very rewarding experience, since I knew absolutely nothing about the care of horses, but really want to have some of my own someday. I got to meet Octavian in person, who has become a good friend of mine over the last few months. We're gonna hang out again in a couple weeks. Also got to meet another nice couple who stopped by for the evening.I agree with what Hightailin said. The purpose for me wasn't to hook up for sex with animals. Even though I work with horses, I have never had sex with one. Also haven't been with a bitch, want to wait until I have my own, and can develop a loving relationship first. That's the most important part anyway. I met people from here because I wanted to be able to have friends I could be myself around, and I have that now. So it was definitely worth putting myself out there. I look forward to making more friends

I agree with Guth, hightailin, jeep, and dirtbiker. I didn't get to talking with my friend on here and meet with him to do his girl. It is nice to just have a friend to talk to and not have to hide who I am. Why would I need his girls when I have 4 wonderful girls of my own? And the quickest way to lose me as a friend is to do anything to my girls. It will get your ass kicked and will get you 1 less friend.

I haven't met any fellow zoos, through this forum or the real world, and while part of me is slightly disappointed by that, the larger remainder has yet to really notice. I feel that all of the social exposure I need (and can tolerate) can be satisfied by this forum and chatting with the handful of people I can on a regular basis over IM. There's only so much I "need" from people; I'd much rather be alone or with an animal.

Well guys thanks for all the repllys. I think I will explain myself a bit. I have had lots of encounter with gays and Bi's in my youth but I never did any thing to heavy, and back then did not want full sex in that way I also had k9 encounter but nothing to heavy again but I enjoyed what I did have. Well about 20 years ago I really wanted to try sex with a man as an exspeiriance and a fantasy, but have just not been able to get to meet any one for one reason or another. Perhaps I am getting to old, mind you 'to old' not 'past it ' I eventualy found the webb and came across this and other zoo sites which stated my zoo felling off again I am now in a position where I can have my own boys and I now have two, one is a great worker as can be seen from my vids on this site and the other I am trying to train. I got my worker from a chap i met on this site, myself and him have nothing in comon that we can do together sex wise, as he is only into k9, I still see him though, as like you all seem to agree it is great to be able to talk to people straight without worry. Also I thank him for my second boy he passed on to me. I still go back so he can enjoy both my boys when ever. I can only chat on line so much, I need to meet people. This forum is good for socializing but knowing people in real life kinda adds something more to it all. It is Really nice to be able to be yourself and not have to hide your interests (not that is something that really comes up too terribly often anyways). Hell I am actually heading out to dinner with a few zoo friends and a couple zoo friendly friends here in a bit. It is great to socialize with like minded people. It helps to keep ya sane and feeling somewhat normal.

As for me, I haven't met anybody on here. Just started chatting with a couple people. Seems there is a real dirth of zoos in my area. Complicating things is I have a very public job so discretion is a must.
I've been on this site for about two years now, I still feel like a newbee. I didn't join to meet others it just so happened, found myself driving within a few miles of their home 40, stopped in for a chat.My main reason for being on this site, is so I don't feel so alone! There are other people in the world that 'do it' and still lead 'normal' lives. Not that many years ago I thought I had a problem, that something was wrong with just me. Really never thought of this site as a social club, best of luck to you if that's what you see in it or want out of it.

I've met no one from this site, to be honest I don't intend to at any time in the future--no offense to anyone here, but I've had bad experiences with people from the web.But from my hometown there were about 3 of us that I can think of who were active with dogs, and in college, I met probably 4 more and converted maybe as many more. From where I live now there are 3 of us that live in the same city, same building actually. And I've kept consistently in touch with probably 4 of the rest, all of whom live well over 100 miles away.
