As to if you can take the knot or not is covered in most how-tos. If you are playing with him get a approximate measurements. Then get a toy slightly bigger and see if it fits or use it to stretch. Use lots of lube. I like J-Lube best and usually take a enema. I like the feel of cum only in the bowels and thing dog likes to lick a clean cock after having me.
