Hello everyone. As every day passes, I realize the narrow-mindedness of many people I work with. Somehow, somebody found out that I am a Zoophile, and ever since, people have been bothering me about it, always asking me "Hey, I heard from so-and-so that you f--ked your dog," or "Hey, I heard that your dog f--ked you." I was also asked today if these rumor were true, to which I replied "No."I did this in order to protect my animals and family. I will say now that I absolutely love my animals both as lovers and family. I would lie only to protect them, since this particular person said that he would kick somebody's ass if he found out that about them. Nevertheless, I hope no violence becomes of this. I just don't see why people freak out about these things, just because of different lifestyles. Comments are welcome. Thanks for your time.Andani

I agree my friend I'll never understand why some people need to heap violence on us. I hope that everything turns out alright for you and your family and nothing comes of this. I do hope you can find out where and why this security leak happened and plug it up. Good Luck.
so sorry to hear this. I hope things get better for you. I don't understand why people have to threaten and be violent about it.

Sorry to learn of your problem. Denying it is about all you can do. Try to find out how someone was able to find out and fix that problem. Hopefully it will all stop eventually. Good luck.

Thanks for your time.Andani*sighs*You're quite right .... violence is not the answer ....... to anything one / society does not agree with.Sadly that is life and it is not a simple matter of people freaking out about different lifestyles and anyone who thinks is so is quite frankly naive beyond belief in my opinion and unlike some I'm not afraid to say so in black and white terms. You're asking "society" at large to accept it....... and even if they don't accept it outright ... to acccept it complicitly by not complaining ........ the last percieved bastion / taboo of sexual behaviour / immorality. Please ...... wake up and smell the coffee ........ that sure as hell isn't going to happen in my life time or yours ...... let's get realistic here.
I guess a lot of peoples distrust stems from the fact that we have chosen a different life style and they can not get their heads past the fact that we are not like peas in a pod. Each of us is different, and if that difference is something that they can not understand, then they will attack what they can not except.

By the sounds of it, you're expecting US to accept Society when they treat us this way. Everybody hurts, and everybody cries, and you CANNOT expect ANYONE to put up with this on a monthly, weekly, or maybe even daily basis, and always come out with a smile on their face and a song in their heart.I'm pretty sure we all know what to expect from being Zoophiles, and I'm sure some if not most of us are even proud of it. But you know what? Shit happens, and sometimes, we need a shoulder to lean on.And I dunno about you, but when I'm hurt and seeking support, I don't get much solace in "It'll never change, just give up the dream". Sorry if I sound rude, but I know how he feels.

OMG! I wish some people would just get a life. I'm so sorry to hear about your problem. How dare someone judge what somebody else does in the privacy of their own home?? Other than telling them to back off and to get a life, I don't know what else to suggest. Please keep us updated. Someone on this board may have a good suggestion. You have my support!

Thanks for your time.Andani Andani,It sounds a bit like lying about your lifestyle is a bit troublesome to you as well as this situation. Seems to me that lying about it is the best thing you can do. You've got enough to deal with keeping these people out of your business. Don't beat yourself up about lying to keep it hidden. As long as you're not lying to yourself, it's one less headache. Sometimes, DEPENDING on the situation, you have to reply like a wiseass. I imagine something like this, again depending on how safe it would be to respond this way:"Hey man! I hear you fuck your dog.""Yeah, I do. But I can never remember your girlfriend's name. She gets all mad and starts all that damn barking. I may have to quit." Stay strong!
Awesome reply right thereThe problem is obvious though and that is that no one understands all thisGreeks came up with a good quote about it"What man does not understand he fights. What man fights he kills. What man kills he then seeks to understand"
My response to this is as follows:You first have to find out how that leak came about. Hopefully you manage to fix it and nothing else comes about from it. Secondly, you are only doing what you have to to protect those that are close to you. I seriously doubt that when asked about you "loving" your dog that you would come out and admit it. That would be a bit foolish.... Society is never (well I shouldn't say never, but really....) going to accept the fact that you love your dog in many ways others won't. You see how society today is on marriage and the fact that a woman can love a woman and a man can love a man, but they can't get married. You honestly don't expect society to cause an uproar about marriage, but then accept the fact that a human is literally loving his/her pet.....do you? So naturally, people are going to have a problem with that and want to critisize (sp?)/judge you and want to "do something about it". Its human nature. I just hope it eventually gets to a point where if someone doesn't like the idea of zoo love, then turn the other cheek. Disregard the topic all together. If it doesn't personally affect that person, then who cares? What you do in the privacy of your home with WHOMEVER you choose to do it with, is totally up to you.I wish you the best in this and pray that you were able to get this resolved without further incident to anyone that is close to you.

I must say, Mrdjjw, that your post was both funny and helpful. The leak came from a guy who no longer works at the same place I do, not because of that, but for being drunk on the job. But as of late, since I discovered a way to use my line supervisor as a trump card, the rumors have stopped so far. Don't misunderstand me, I am no snitch, I merely asked him to bring up the subject at the meeting that he had with the people on my line. It seems to have worked. Anyway, thanks everyone for support during these troubling times.
I never had a leak to patch but I know of someone who did. What she did to kill the questions about if she did: "No, but if your into it, you'll have to find someone else to share your style with." She denied it and then put the question back on the asker. It gave me a lesson in keeping my secret a secret except with a few very carefully selected frinds. She eventually found a job with another organization, it was never stated as the main reason for her leaving but I'm sure it was a big part. After she left it took years for subject not to be brought up in the office. If it was bad when she was still employed with us, the remarks got even more crude after she left.I had no problems working with her, we finished quite a few projects together. I never informed her of my zooism, I never even brought it up, what she did on her own time was her own business.
glad you found the source of your problem.and double glad you could stop it too! kudos! If things had gone for worse, the only way to get out of it would have been to play along the first two or three months act as if they offended you, then try the oh yeah it is the ever so boring routine thing, and then make a stupid comment whenever somebody said something, more or less in the line of mrdjjw'sLesser souls (that is most of mankind;)) are fond on laughing at what they perceive as the weakest of the group (sort of the omega wolf on a pack, but without the benefits), they do that because they see the reaction of anger countered by restraint (if you punch an a***hole in the belly because he is always pulling your leg, you are the misfit, broken goods and must be replaced, but when he harasses you he is just playing type of s**t), so he must be stronger and more powerful than you, on the other hand, if you laugh like saying "oh, look at this retard, he actually thinks he is funny", you take the whole fun of it.

Well Andani, I'm glad that number 1, you figured out where the leak came from, and number 2 that you were able to stop the rumors and just nip it in the bud before your name was dragged through the mud. I totally sympathize with zoos that are extremely proud of their canine or equine lovers, and wish they could be totally open and honest about it and tell the world how very much they love their dog or horse. But unfortunately society is a long way from even beginning to accept our lifestyle, although there have been some very small steps in understanding made in the past thirty years. Hell, this forum couldn't have existed thirty years ago before the net had become common place, and zoos all over the world had to be very secretive and it was very difficult for like minded people to find each other. Now of course it's much easier. What has always struck me as ironic though, are the assumptions that most people make about us, and of course these assumptions are based on total ignorance. First, they say that we practically rape animals and force them to have sex with us and yes, I suppose that some people do unfortunately do this but most of us wouldn't consider doing that at all. Of course most non-zoos simply don't believe that an animal is intelligent enough or capable of giving consent. But those of us that really know our animals know that these people are wrong. But the one that really gets me, the one that leaves me shaking my head, is the excuse that "Oh, having sex with an animal is absolutely disgusting because animals are dirty." The truth is, if animals are taken care of, they are often much cleaner than many people. A person will condemn us for having sex with a very clean dog or horse, but they won't think anything of a guy having sex with a real dirty grungy slut, and that has always amused me. Then of course, people often bring up the possibility of getting diseases from animals, despite the fact that a person is much more likely to get aides from another person, than any diseases from his or her animal. Practically every reason that people give for sex with animals being a very bad idea is actually false, but again like I said before, their premaces are based on ignorance. That's something to think about isn't it. Anyway Andani, I am very relieved that your problems seem to be behind you now.Shy
Ugh. This kind of thing really gets under my skin. The way people just blindly lash out at one another over things they don't even understand or even have anything to do with. It's a pity that tere are so many close minded fools like that in society...All I can say is just try to get on with your daily life and wait for everyone to calm down and let the topic pass. With any luck, people will get tired of talking about it in time and realize there are more important things they should be doing then ranting on about someone else's private life.Best of luck.
I just wanted to say that each of you have been very helpful. For this very thoughtful bunch of answers, I give each of you a fating of 10 for your kindness. Thanks everyone. You deserve it.

Most people are narrowminded in case of "un-normal things", like s, or Zoophiliacs. But then, whats the context? There are 6 Billion people out there, each one individual, so how can you set standards?I'm sorry to hear that people bother you over your sexual interests.
