How do you ladies (and guys) feel about zoo friendly (clothes optional) timeshares? What features/services would you like to see in this type of facility? Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Do you mean a place to vacation and bring your pets? If so I am in favor. But if it means a place where animal will be provided, an animal brothel if you will, no. This will cheapen them and attract a lower element that will mean the undoing of it.This first case, can be accomplished if all people would honor each others right to privacy

I would call that "pet friendly" not nessasarily zoo friendly
QUOTE (Dignity @ May 21 2007, 01:33 AM) I would call that "pet friendly" not nessasarily zoo friendly No, it would specifically cater to zoos. As I said, if the lady next door is tied to her dog in the balcony it would not cause any ruckus.
it sounds like a great idea, but in this day in age would more then likely shake things up a little too much for peoples liking
Ok, I see what you mean... It's a really nice idea... I wonder about legal mish-mash though.
That would be an awesome idea but it'd be a bit harder to pull off and advertise and all that without getting in trouble with laws/society..
Hmm just how many days long would the orientation/sales meeting last? And just what kind of free gift would I get if I attended one of the meetings?

This is a nice fantasy, but not at all realisitic. As a timeshare Developer counts on two primary things for marketing:1. Being able to sell the week at the home resort to cover enough "Red Weeks" so that he can make his or her initial profit.2. Being able to offer an exchange program with one of the two major exchange companies. Niether one of these are realistic goals. Even if a Developer booght a small resort with 20 units. He would have to sell 50 weeks in each unit (1000 buyers) who then would want to exchange their weeks at other resorts. As the timeshare business is non pet friendly, the resort would become insolvent before the Developer could divest himself of the remaining inventory, leaving the poor saps that bought the first weeks with a bankrupted association and a plethora of legal issues.Sorry to burst your bubble!
